Orders and enquiries

We use the details you provide to process your order, arrange fulfilment, answer enquiries and send confirmations. Stripe processes payments; payment card details are not sent to our advertising platforms. Our website and order records use Lovable Cloud, and our email service sends confirmations.

Advertising measurement

Where permitted, Google Ads and Meta receive browser/device information, page information and advertising identifiers through their tags. After a confirmed live purchase, we report its order identifier, amount and currency to measure advertising results and help optimize ads. We do not send your name, email, phone number, shipping address or payment card information as customer-matching data.

We do not load advertising tags when consent is required or your location cannot be established. With country-only location information, tracking is also blocked in Canada. We honor Global Privacy Control, Do Not Track and your saved advertising opt-out. There is no consent banner and no tracking of blocked purchases later if you change your choice.

Your choices

Your choice is saved on this browser with the date and notice version and applies across open tabs. Clearing browser storage removes that saved choice. Changing this choice does not prevent orders or enquiry confirmations. Advertising clicks and impressions can still be counted by the platforms.
