All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. However, if your diffuser arrives damaged, experiences an unreasonable shipping delay, or you encounter another issue with your order, please contact our customer support team. We’ll review the situation and work with you to find a fair solution. Your satisfaction is important to us!

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been processed, please allow approximately 2–5 weeks for production before your item is ready to ship. Production time is separate from shipping transit time.

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders, as well as express shipping options for customers who prefer faster delivery. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive tracking information by email so you can follow its journey to your door.
